A heartfelt thank you
1k decision makers across lifecycle, retention, and customer success are actively subscribed (and/or following) Scaling CRM.
I write this post exhausted from a wonderful time spent earlier this week at Activate 2024 (Iterable’s flagship conference) in San Jose, CA.
And I do truly mean wonderful.
So many of you recognized me and expressed appreciation for the content that I post. Which I was not expecting and truly means a lot.
Not to mention, the vibe at this conference was just so authentically human and down to earth.
Everyone was connecting, showing respect for one another, and genuinely trying to help. Nobody was hardball selling (from what I observed).
I’m probably projecting a bit here, but it felt like we are all just so grateful to be beyond the pandemic and to be able to connect at a time when there has just been one hard thing after another.
So, this week I’m going to just keep it short and sweet and end by saying I feel very touched to be among this community.
And regarding 1k subscribers. To many, this is peanuts for a Substack following. But for me, it’s all quality and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
