How to Lose a Customer's Trust In a Single Message
Amazon, thank you for the 'prime example' of what not to do.
Trust. It’s much harder to build and keep than it is to lose.
The email I received yesterday from Amazon Prime does so many things wrong that I feel compelled to pick it apart.
The TL;DR is that Amazon Prime is adding limited advertisements to their TV & Movie streaming experience. And if you want to remove ads, you need to pay an extra $2.99 per month.
