"Big Bets, Little Bets" Series Incoming...
I've spent enough time waxing poetic about strategy. It's time to get my hands dirty.
Scaling CRM is nearing 18 months in publication. Upon reflection, I’ve written a lot on frameworks, strategy, organizational design, case studies, and trends at a high level.
My biggest critique? I’ve done a lot of telling but not a lot of showing.
It’s time to walk the walk.
So, I am going to pivot and launch a series called ‘Big Bets, Little Bets’ to see how people like it and how long I can keep it going.
In this series, I will choose a real brand and spend 3 to 4 weeks detailing opportunities for them to invest further in lifecycle/retention/engagement.
The spotlight on each brand will look something like this:
Week 1: Opportunities & Threats
Week 2: Little Bets
Week 3: Big Bets
Week 4: Retrospective/Interviews/etc
The goal is to add more value & entertainment for my audience and also create a little more predictability and accountability on my side.
